Activists within the city of Zabadani have reported that buses are transporting terrorists to Lebanon whilst wounded people and their families from the predominately Shi’ite towns of Fuaa and Kefraya in Idlib province are being escorted to Turkey.
The terrorists from Zabadani, once arriving in Lebanon will then be transferred to Turkey, and eventually to Idlib province where the Army of Conquest dominate. They are an axis of terrorist forces including Al-Qaeda’s franchise in Syria, Al-Nusra Front, and their allies Ahrar ash-Sham, the Free Syrian Army and other groups.
The families from Fuaa and Kefraya will be transported to Beirut once arriving in Turkey.

At the end of September, following Hezbollah’s and the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) rapid advancement in the Qalamoun Mountain region, a truce was declared between government forces and terrorist groups. The deal was that Hezbollah and the SAA would stop its siege and attack on the terrorist controlled town of Zabadani, and the terrorist groups would lift their siege on the last remain strongholds in Idlib. These being the Shi’ite dominated towns of Fuaa and Kefraya.
