Fierce clashes were reported between the YPG and ISIS at the village of Khirbat Al-Bureij in southern Kobane (‘Ayn Al-‘Arab) on Saturday afternoon; this firefight left many ISIS militants dead and wounded, as the YPG fighters pushed further south at this village located in the northern countryside of the Aleppo Governorate.
Meanwhile, at the Ras Al-‘Ayn front, the militants from ISIS attempted to infiltrate into this strategic city in northern Al-Hasakah; however, they were reportedly unsuccessful and chose to place blame on local villagers, unjustly killing six civilians (including women and children).
