BEIRUT, LEBANON (2:25 P.M.) – The Yemeni Army’s Rocket Battalion pounded the Saudi Army’s Al-Hajir Base in the Asir Province on Thursday, causing severe damage to this large military installation in southern Saudi Arabia.

According to Yemen’s Al-Masirah TV, the Yemeni Army’s missile strike was followed by intense shelling that caused powerful explosions along the base’s southern perimeter.

In addition to the attack on the Al-Hajir Base, the Yemeni Army also launched missile strikes on military installations inside the towns of Misyal and Thuwaylah, killing and wounding many Saudi soldiers in the process.

The forces also shelled other enemy Saudi military bases in Misyal, Thuwaylah headquarters, inflicting direct losses in their lives and equipment.

Today’s attacks mark the first time in several weeks that the Yemeni Army has carried out missile strikes against the Saudi military.

Well, seems they changed strategy : synchronised missile+artillery and multiple attacks at once. It’s becoming interesting, as having modified SAMs for ballistic purposes.
It’s a tactical laboratory!
