BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:30 P.M.) – Thousands of people gathered in Saada on Monday for the funeral of the victims of last week’s deadly airstrike on a bus full of children.

According to local officials, a Saudi-led coalition airstrike hit a bus full of children returning from a summer camp in northern Yemen’s Dahyan on Thursday.

As a result, 51 people, including 40 children, lost their lives, according to local Houthi authorities.

Houthi Health Minister Taha al-Mutawakil announced the latest casualty figures, saying 79 people were also injured in the attack.

Saudi authorities say they are investigating claims their airstrike hit the bus. The UN has called for an independent investigation into the incident.

Houthis are no better: 1st, they’re the ones who started the war, then they funnel humanitarian help into their own custody then have the needy ones pay for what they should have got for free, they do the same with anti-cholera drugs… When they let help pass through their checkpoints. Be careful, they have the same PR agency as Hamas and Hezbo. In fact, both fighting sides are led by total slime. There is no god, if there was one, you’d have peace on Earth, volcanoes would have ‘Delirium Tremens’ beer instead of lava and there’d be hippies and playmates… Read more »
