Provinces, SANA – New terrorist rocket and mortar attacks hit Aleppo city on Saturday, leaving a woman dead and 7 other civilians wounded.

A rocket shell fired by terrorists in Bani Zaid neighborhood smashed into a building in al-Nill Street in the city, killing a woman, according to the police.

The police also told SANA that a mortar shell launched by terrorists from the direction of Bustan al-Qasr neighborhood landed near the Finance Department building in al-Jmeiliyeh neighborhood.

The mortar attack injured 7 civilians, including two children.

In the same context, a terrorist mortar attack caused material damages in the Old City in Damascus.

A source at the Police Command told SANA that a mortar round fired by terrorists fell on a shop in the antique al-Manakhliye souq (marketplace) in al-Amara neighborhood in the Old City, causing only material damage and no injuries.
