BEIRUT, LEBANN (2:50 P.M.) – In a recent interview with the Saudi-owned Elaph online publication, Israel’s Minister of Defense, Avigdor Lieberman, vowed to destroy all of Iran’s military bases in Syria that threaten his nation’s safety.

“No matter what it costs, we will destroy all Iranian military posts that threaten Israel in Syria,” Lieberman stated.

Lieberman would then say that Israel is not looking for war, but if they are threatened, they will attack.

“Israel does not want war…but if Iran attacks Tel Aviv, Israel will also hit Tehran,” Lieberman added.

Please treat this discussion with the same respect you would a public park. We, too, are a shared community resource — a place to share skills, knowledge and interests through ongoing conversation.

These are not hard and fast rules, merely guidelines to aid the human judgment of our community and keep this a clean and well-lighted place for civilized public discourse.

Improve the Discussion

Help us make this a great place for discussion by always working to improve the discussion in some way, however small. If you are not sure your post adds to the conversation, think over what you want to say and try again later.

Be Agreeable, Even When You Disagree

You may wish to respond to something by disagreeing with it. That’s fine. But remember to criticize ideas, not people. Please avoid:

  • Name-calling
  • Ad hominem attacks
  • Responding to a post’s tone instead of its actual content
  • Knee-jerk contradiction

Instead, provide reasoned counter-arguments that improve the conversation.

Typical yiddish hypocrisy! Who has occupied part of Syria, Israel or Iran? Who is requested by UN to leave occupied territories of Syria? In such circumstances Iran may look only as liberation army (invited by Syrian gov) and as threat to aggressor state and not to sovereignty of Yids.

High time for Iran to stop constantly threatening Israel.
Even Putin said their attitude is intolerable.
Actually, doing this, the Khamenei clan violates UN charter and only worsen the international relations Rouhani tries to normalise.
Moreover, it makes cleansing the shithadists in Syria far more complicated as it pushes Israelis to deal with a potential threat on their state.
This stupid way of doing is really counter-productive.
