DAMASCUS, SYRIA (3:00 A.M.) – On Sunday, ISIS militants based in Deir Ezzor fired an anti-tank missile towards a modified T-72 tank which was severely damaged upon impact.

According to Amaq Agency who released the video, the incident took place in the embattled cemetery area, southwest of Deir Ezzor city itself:

Currently, government forces are less than 1500 meters from linking up Deir Ezzor city to its airbase, an offensive the 104th Airborne Brigade of the Republican Guard has been tasked with conducting.

That sounds like a Russian AT missile (Kornet?) which should have been far more devastating. Probably not a good hit.

The tank seemed to move on without any sign of fire or explosion. I bet the crew were deafened, hopefully only temporarily.
