Yesterday, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and National Defence Forces (NDF) recaptured the village of Ramliyah after clashing with the Levant Front in southeastern Hama.

Now, the NDF’s media wing has released footage from the battle which saw government forces utilize a mixture of light weaponry, missiles, tanks and airstrikes to push the Islamist rebels back to areas near northeastern Homs:

They really really should consider adding ERA tiles or other 2nd level protection to their tanks or there may be a problem if they face some TOWs, and, as tanks are less solid from over, it would secure them in urban combat too : if a RPG-7 is not likely to take out a main battle tank in the field, if shot from a roof and hits over the turret, it may not be the same…
