DAMASCUS, SYRIA (4:15 P.M.) – Rebel groups in northern Hama are increasingly losing both manpower and military hardware as the Syrian Army continues to conduct non-stop artillery and missiles strikes.
The shelling is being carried out based on precise intelligence information obtained through government agents, as well as images provided by surveillance drones.
Al-Lataminah and Lahaya; two major strongholds for the FSA-linked Jaish al-Izza rebel group in northern Hama countryside, were heavily targeted by artillery strikes.
The group mourned the death of several of its fighters and admitted losing weapon and ammunition depots.
Besides, positions used by militants to infiltrate into Army-held areas have also been destroyed.
