Footage emerged of the Syrian Air Force targeting the Ramousah Artillery Base that was captured recently by the Jaish Al-Fateh jihadist conglomeration.

The video shows that the Syrian Army has fire control over the strategic base southwest of Aleppo. In the video, it is clear that the heavy vehicles left behind by the Syrian Army during their retreat from the base are still parked where they were, meaning that the jihadists were not able to pull anything importance in terms of military equipment out of the military base.

Why has it taken so long to bomb the base, and why have the SAA left the military vehicles parked and ready to use, hoping days later that they won’t be. You lost the base, and you needed to destroy it immediately.

Very twisted article I think. 1) And why did SAA not save them themselves. 2) Could be there is no ammunition for them & 3) SAA hasnt taken the Artillery base back(JET BUMMELUM).

Im sorry but it remeind me about a trade story from my youth. It was said that a Mongol could trade a dead horse to a real good one alive at the nightfall.

No smile…

Pitter pat airstrikes. f*****g carpet bomb! DO SOMETHING! First both Syrian and russian jets bombard with BETABs and syrian equivalent (barrel bombs?) then a second wave with ODABs (thermobaric) OFABS (frag) and FABs (GP). Finish off with RBK/PTAB cluster and ZAB incendiary. Throw in some KH PGM missiles in between. Instead of 60 … you might have to make 100+ runs. But I can assume the problem is Russia only has one base and few aircraft that is shared by all fronts and it is costly for RuAF and esp. SyAAF to do all this at once in just one… Read more »

Why waste bombs?…just cut suply lines…to east part and from Idlib to terrorist inside artillery base…in a few days all of the flee!…the problem is that 5000 well armed terrorist flee to east part to support terrorist inside there!

”just cut supply lines” If it were so easy to do, sure …. but this is real life not COD lol. SAA are inept even with tiger forces and special forces and marines and hezbollah and iraqi/afghan/paki shiite militia and IRGC/qods forces helping them all out!!!!!

I didn’t see any heavy vehicles left behind by the Syrian army saw a couple of tanks but they could have been rebels.
