DAMASCUS, SYRIA (3:12 A.M.) – Not long after the rebel attack on the Syrian Army’s checkpoints near Zulaiqat north of the Christian village of Mahardeh, the Russian Air Force was quick to intervene and help in foiling the joint Jaish al-Izza and HTS assault.

The Russian Air Force conducted over 50 airstrikes by Su-25 jets targeting militants in the towns of Kafr Zita and Latamina, known stronghold of the FSA Jaish al-Izza faction.

Meanwhile, the Syrian Army’s Tiger Forces near the end of their preparations for their massive upcoming offensive in Abu Dali axis awaiting final orders to storm the region south of Idlib.
