BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:00 A.M.) – U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Mid-East Affairs, David Schenker, recommended that Saudi Arabia and other allies not purchase Russian-manufactured military equipment, including the S-400 air defense systems, an RIA Novosti report claimed on Friday.

“I will (if approved) interact with our allies to dissuade them or encourage them to refuse to acquire military equipment that is potentially under the sanctions,” Schenker said at a congressional hearing.

“In other words, I would advise Saudi Arabia not to do this,” Schenker stressed.

At the end of May, Saudi Ambassador to Moscow Raid bin Khalid Krimli said that negotiations with Russia on the supply of S-400 surface-to-air missile systems are proceeding successfully, but the date of finalization has not yet been fixed.

All countries in the Mid-East have illegitimate regimes but Israel, Cyprus, Turkey and Lebanon, but Lebanon has became a puppet state and Turkey is taking the plunge into dictatorship. You’ll have a hard time getting rid of illegitimate entities in the region… So, what are you talking about? The Shitlamic Repulsive of Iran? The Crapdom of Saudishes Arabturd? Hamastan? Fuckestine? Even using the expression “Syrian Arab Republic” is a pity since #1… Read more »
