BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:45 P.M.) – The U.S.-led Coalition sent a large military convoy to the Al-Hasakah countryside this week, activists in the aforementioned governorate reported on Tuesday.

According to the reports, the U.S. military convoy entered Syria’s Al-Hasakah Governorate from neighboring Iraq.

The U.S. Coalition convoy reportedly consisted of tens of vehicles that were carrying military personnel and equipment.

The U.S. military convoy is likely destined for the Deir Ezzor Governorate, where their allies from the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are currently carrying out operations against the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) sleeper cells in the area.

Since the Islamic State’s defeat in eastern Deir Ezzor, they have been using their sleeper cells to wreak havoc on the people and SDF troops in this region.

Heard this convoy, as some of the latest, were mostly civilian equipment for reconstruction. Digging equipment for irrigation canals, trenches either for cables etc
