At least 20 fighters of the Sunni tribal Hashd al-Ashayeri militia, which is allied to the Iraqi Army, were killed in northern Iraq Wednesday, apparently by US-led coalition warplanes, Rudaw quoted a tribal source as saying.

The airstrikes hit Kharaeb Jabir, just east of the town of Qayyara.

Qayyara was only liberated from ISIS last month.

The Iraqi government or Coalition forces are yet to confirm these claims.

If proven correct, it would top off a deadly few weeks by US airstrikes that have killed at least 80 Syrian soldiers in Deir Ezzor, 8 Afghan policemen and 22 Somali soldiers.

Neo-cons like him are ERRORists but when you have USA’s power, it ends to be worst than terrorism…
I’m not sure Dubya has enough IQ to plan that or anything. Now with a Rumsfeld with the infamous Kissinger as mentor, you could only expect gruesome s**t to happen…

Wolfowitz, Condoleeza, Bremer, Powell and many other! I don’t forget’em my friend, but the list would be fuckin’ long… BTW, Killary began her career at the GOP and switched to the Dems when married Bill, but she can still be considered a shitty neo-con too according to her evil deeds. Ppl like these should be jailed as they are nothing else than criminals! BTW, it was near to happen to Kissinger last time he went in France : there are international warrants against him! When he learnt that a judge was seeking to have him in his office, he fastly… Read more »

Bastards….why are they even in Iraq? They are the reason why the country is in the state it is in now. The Iraqi’s should just tell them to p**s off. They are not needed. They are not there to help but to sabotage Iraqi efforts to regain control of their country. The US and their allies just can’t be trusted.

@seanhannity Why does USAF kill so many of the wrong fighters? Is this bad intelligence or just don’t care?

Because guys on the ground have no IFF (indicator friend or foe) systems.
Even with serious optronics, it’s not easy to distinguish militia men from terrorists from above as they all don’t wear standard army gear, well, even the Syrian army can misled you, as they’re often mixed with local militias…

Generally, US troops have a vertically pointed IR flashlight, so aircrafts see the flashes on their FLIR and then avoid to hit them.
