BEIRUT, LEBANON (5:30 P.M.) – A U.S. aircraft crashed this morning in the North Sea near the English county of Yorkshire.
The pilot has not been found yet. The cause of the crash is under investigation, according to Sky News.
Currently, a search and rescue operation has been launched at the crash site to find the missing pilot.
The U.S. Air Force reported that the F-15C Eagle plane crashed in the morning, at about 9:40 P.M. (local time).
“The plane was carrying out a training flight and there was one pilot on board,” the air force said.
