BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:40 P.M.) – US Press Secretary Sean Spicer confirmed that the US has dropped its largest non-nuclear bomb in eastern Afghanistan during a press briefing from Washington DC, Thursday.

According to Spicer, the 21,000lb GBU-43 bomb, nicknamed the ‘Mother of all bombs’ or ‘MOAB’, was dropped by a MC-130 aircraft in the Achin district of Nangarhar near Pakistan at around 19:00 local time.

The strike was reportedly targeting fighters aligned to the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) in the region’s hills.

What a pity. By the headline I thought they dropped that Hitlary or at least Madeleine Aldark although the impact would have been bigger than and such seismic effect was not recorded yet..

It would not have been fair to drop the bomb on these two poor women.

p.s. The US deserves politicians like them. Blink.

Ed Snowden: Afghan bunkers 18k lbs ‘MOAB’ bomb dropped on were built by CIA. and tweeted: The bomb dropped today in the middle of nowhere, Afghanistan, cost $314,000,000.

Today’s US politicians do not worry about the cost.

Ed Snowden continued: Eisenhower would have worried about it.

p.s. Ed Snowden is right – the ancient irrigation system’s change into bunkers was started by CIA funding. But I think it is only fair that our brother Abu Ivanka al-Amriki spent a chunk of $314,000,000 of US taxes to dismantle some of them again. Blink.

Nope, it’s “only” $16M for a MOAB. It’s already pretty expensive to replace some napalm canisters or some B-52 old school carpet bombing.
