According to the SOHR report, the U.S. Coalition bombed the Syrian Army convoy as it was traveling through the Al-Rusafah area near the Homs Governorate border.
The Syrian Army convoy was reportedly en route to the city of Al-Tabaqa in western Al-Raqqa when it was hit by a U.S. Coalition airstrike.
The SOHR said it had no information on casualties.
