BEIRUT, LEBANON (5:30 A.M.) – The U.S. Coalition carried out an attack against the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) in the eastern countryside of the Homs Governorate last night.
According to a military report from the eastern Homs front, “at approximately 8:00 P.M. (local time), the U.S. Coalition fired several missiles towards the Syrian Arab Army’s positions in the Al-Ghurab Mountain of Al-Sukhnah.”
The report added that the U.S. Coalition’s attack caused material damage to the Syrian Arab Army’s defenses in the Al-Ghurab Mountain last night.
No casualties were reported by the Syrian military.
The U.S. Coalition has yet to respond to the Syrian Ministry of Defense’s accusations that they carried out an unprovoked attack against the government forces in the Al-Sukhnah countryside.
Al-Sukhnah is located near the Syrian Arab Army’s front-lines with the so-called Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) forces that have been waging attacks on this imperative desert region for several months.
