BEIRUT, LEBANON (2:00 A.M.) – The Turkish Army and their rebel allies launched a new security operation in the northern countryside of the Aleppo Governorate tonight.

In an effort to target looters and kidnappers, the Turkish Army and their allies rounded up tens of rebels that have been accused of committing these crimes inside the Afrin region of Aleppo.

The Turkish Army also announced a new curfew in Afrin as they continue to crackdown on those committing crimes inside this area.

Earlier this year, the Turkish military and their rebel allies captured the Afrin region after a two-month long battle against the Kurdish-led People’s Protection Units (YPG).

LOL, that was my first thought. Criminals killing criminals is a loss for the Turks so they need to restore order.
Very doubtful Turks will be returning stolen property to the owners. would not be surprised if Turks take this property for themselves. Mobsters being Mobsters.

Battle for Idlib about to begin. This is where we see how the Syrian Government in trying to save Syria meets neo-Ottoman land grab in N. Syria. The Kurds for whatever reason while losing land in N. Syria to the Turks are battling ISIS in East Deir Ezzor on behalf of the Americans??? Come on Kurds, get your priorities in order…
