BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:50 P.M.) – Turkey’s Anadolu News Agency released drone footage on Monday showing the Turkish Air Force targeting positions of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) in northern Iraq.
The Turkish state-owned news agency showed the armed drone Bayraktar TB-2 striking the PKK’s positions at the strategic Qandil Mountains.

As a result of this airstrike in the Qandil Mountains on Monday, at least four PKK fighters were killed after a bomb directly hit their positions.
The Turkish military has been using armed drones for quite some time now, as they have proven incredibly effective in mountain regions.
