BEJRUT, LIBAN (13:40) – Pre nekoliko minuta, prvi tenk iz 17. divizije Sirijske arapske armije dostigao je 137. brigadnu bazu pod opsadom u gradu Deir Ezzor, rekao je izvor za Al-Masdar News.

Sirijska arapska armija uspela je da probije liniju tkzv. islamske države danas popodne nakon žestoke borbe koja je trajala nekoliko sati.

Kao rezultat ovog napretka, sirijska arapska armija je podigla 28-mesečnu opsadu grada Deir Ezzor.

Sledeća faza ove ofanzive u gradu Deir Ezzor će se koncentrisati na opkoljeni vojni aerodrom.
