BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:50 A.M.) – At least two Syrian Arab Army (SAA) soldiers were killed and over 15 others were wounded after a U.S. warplane attacked their positions near the Al-Tanf Crossing in southeast Homs, Sputnik News reported yesterday.

“Two soldiers of the Syrian army were killed, more than 15 were injured as a result of US air strikes in the Syrian desert,” Sputnik News reported, citing an unnamed source.

The Pentagon alleges the U.S. Coalition carried out the airstrike after they sent a warning to the Syrian Army personnel to halt their advance against the Free Syrian Army (FSA) near the Iraqi border.

Tuesday’s aggression by the U.S. Coalition marks the second time in three weeks that their warplanes have targeted the Syrian Armed Forces near Al-Tanf.

Unless Russia and Syria answer this aggression forcefully, the Americans will take it as a green light to take everything up to and including Deir-ez-Zor. Russia and Syria need to urgently fire a shot across the bows of this American initiative and take out al-Tanf and al-Zuqf with a couple of Kalibr missiles.
Then Russia and America should sit down and talk.

Just 4 Su-34 dropping +30t of clusterbombs at once against the proxies and have 4 Su-35 around with a shiload of AAMs but moreover, the Il-22PP Jamming any system around. Thus, normally, Khibiny assume the stealthiness of assets and it’d surely better to avoid a direct clash. I have nothing about anyone anywhere helping to demolish IS, Qaeda, etc etc etc. Now Muricans shall remember that Syria is a sovereign state that has absolutely the right to deny entry to any non-Syrian. There are international laws, an uninvited guess may under some conditions be tolerated at a party, it can’t… Read more »

Dear Father God, You deeply love the Syrian people. You’ve seen every moment of this 6 year heinous illegal cruel immoral intervention to try to remove the Assad regime. Enough is enough. Move powerfully and profoundly on behalf of the Syrian people. Do whatever is necessary to every soldier, advisor, pilot who is in Syrial illegally. Put all of them on a bed of affliction and cause the affliction to daily get more severe – until they leave Syria. Do whatever it takes to their planes, vehicles, and weapons until they desist and leave. You are the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY.… Read more »
