BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:05 A.M.) – The Turkish Air Force continued their bombardment of northern Aleppo, today, targeting several sites controlled by the Kurdish-led People’s Protection Units (YPG).
Among the areas targeted by the Turkish warplanes was the Mennagh Military Airport, which has been under the control of the YPG since early 2016.
According to local reports in northern Aleppo, the Turkish warplanes heavily bombarded the Mennagh Airport this morning, while also targeting several other YPG sites.
The Turkish warplanes would also target many areas under YPG control in the Afrin Canton, paving the way for their forces to advance in the northwestern corridor of this region.
