BEIRUT, LEBANON (3:30 A.M.) – A Turkish military convoy reached the western countryside of the Aleppo Governorate, yesterday, pro-opposition activists reported.

The Turkish military convoy reportedly reached the Rashiddeen 4 area of west Aleppo, where they setup a new observation point near the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) front-lines.

This move by the Turkish military comes soon after the rebel forces in west Aleppo fired several missiles and artillery shells towards the government areas.

According to a military source in Aleppo, the Russian military warned Turkey that if the rebels do not stop breaching the ceasefire, the will respond with force.

The source added that the Turkish military positioned themselves in this area to prevent the rebels from attacking the government areas anymore.

The Turks are not going to stop the rebels firing at SAA positions by setting up this OB post, they’re going to encourage them. By my count this will be the third or maybe fourth OB post Erdogan has set up without Putin’s agreement. Initially Erdogan was only supposed to set up OB posts in the north of Idlib but raced two extra post down to where the SAA were beating the h**l out of the rebels in the south. He then promptly set up these OB posts right in front of the advancing SAA forces, and effectively halted the… Read more »

“Turkey army refuse entry of Homs-convoy into al Bab town in NE Aleppo”; 11-00 am CET….. seems like turkey are not playing by the rules.

Abu, it was the stingers that changed the scenario in Afghanistan. Agreed the Taleeban Mujahid fought a die hard battle against the Soviets but would not have been able to kick Russian a**e in fact it was the other way around. The Amrikan’s hatred towards Soviets made them to to support & help the Mujahid with advance weapons turned the tide in favor of Taleeban. Coming to Turki, neither Amrika is gonna go bak home nor russia nor Hezb nor France nor Iran. The Show must go on. As for what the Greek valor is all about whole world knows.… Read more »
