Other reports have surfaced from pro-rebel activists claiming that the Free Syrian Army command and Islamic State agreed to allow the latter to safely withdraw from Al-Bab.
If these reports prove true, then the Turkish Forces will have successfully captured their second major city in rural Aleppo.
The Al-Bab offensive began last Fall, when the Turkish Army sent dozens of tanks and a large number of military personnel to participate in this imperative battle in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.
