BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:05 P.M.) – One month into Operation Olive Branch, the Turkish Army and their rebel allies have managed to seal off the entire Afrin-Turkey border.

The Turkish Army and their rebel allies were able to cutoff the Afrin-Turkey border over the course of two weeks, as their forces made an important advance in the southwestern countryside of this region.

While the Syrian government forces have now entered the battle, it appears Turkey has already achieved their primary objective, which is to build a buffer-zone around this region in Aleppo.

More importantly, the Turkish military has once again prevented the Syrian government from attaining another border-crossing in northern Syria.

Nonsense, a map painter on camel dung. And btw, if you move a border you still got a border, so there is no logic in such a ‘strategic’ objective even if you take the PKK ‘terrorist’ slander as truth. Nevertheless, here is what really happened during the course of operation Olive Oil: ISIS and Al-Nusra command the Turkish army in the war in Afrin AFRIN Friday, 23 Feb 2018, 00:00 When the gang groups dubbed the FSA suffered hundreds of casualties, Al-Nusra members from Idlib and ISIS members arrested in Jarablus and Turkey were dressed in FSA uniforms and pushed… Read more »

A while back I thought and said that any potential Kurdistan access to the Mediterranean Sea must be denied and kept landlocked to further deal with a PKK terror group’s independence movement in the ME. It appears that this has now been done and Eastern Turkey/Syrian borders areas to Iraq are next on the agenda for the Syrian alliance.
