They’ve already “executed” Hervin Khalaf, the co-chairwoman of the Syrian Future Party.

They do in the name of the Sultan what the Turkish Akıncı were always infamous for. German writers contemporary to the Turk German wars on the Balkans called the Akıncı runners and burners (rhymes in German Renner und Brenner) they “destroyed farms, stole cattle, sometimes killed the inhabitants or kidnapped them”… just like they did in Afrin lately. Hausen wie die Türken, behave like Turks (in war) is still proverbial in parts of German speaking areas after hundreds of years.

And these Akıncı were ghazi – this “ghazi” is the old word for what we now call jihadist. The European words for razzia come from the root ghazi (gh = transcription for R). It is what the ghazi did to European coasts and lands. Run to pillage burn and kill.
