BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:25 P.M.) – The Turkish Army transported several vehicles to the northern countryside of Aleppo this weekend in order to beef up their numbers before launching an attack against the Kurdish-led “Syrian Democratic Forces” (SDF).

Photos from the Menbeij area of Aleppo emerged on Saturday, showing the Turkish Army transporting several armored vehicles towards their main front-line against the Kurdish forces.

This latest move by the Turkish Army comes just 48 hours after their president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, vowed to capture Menbeij from the “PKK forces.”

Since capturing Al-Bab, the Turkish Army has shifted their attention from the Islamic State (ISIS) to the Kurdish forces in northern Syria, launching several missiles and artillery shells towards the latter’s positions.
