BEIRUT, LEBANON (3:00 P.M.) – Turkish is ready to take over the fight against terrorism once the U.S. withdraws from Syria, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said during an address at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and American-Turkish Council.

“Turkey is ready to take over responsibility in fight against terrorist groups in [Syria] areas which the U.S. will withdraw from,” Erdogan stated.

Erdogan then commended U.S. President Donald Trump over his decision to withdraw U.S. forces from Syria.

“The recent initiative that Trump took in Syria ruined the plans of those who are trying to axe the Turkey-U.S. relations,” Erdogan added.

Some one axing US – Turki relationship? It looks like he is suffering from Alzheimer disease. He doesnt know about Trump’s Brain. There are two parts. The Left has nothing RIGHT and the Right has nothing LEFT. US doesn’t care for Turki anymore after the gulen incident.

He seems to also forget that US Senate opposes withdrawal, Congress is to follow soon, and Trump already threatened to devastate Turkish economy would the Sultan attack US Kurds allies. EU may not like it too and has even more potential than US at devastating Turkish economy…

@Daeshbags-Sux, US Senate and Congress decisions on withdrawal are not binding. But IMHO the sanctions can kill all his plans on war.

If not that, Turkish economy and the Sultan will need money to war. Even his ghazi need eat, drink and ammo.
All of which cost money.

Actually, everything about ISIS creation is tied to Quds-Force…Nevertheless, Mullahs are very ecumenist when it comes to jihad : they widely helped al-Qaeda before 9-11 too, they prefered to give up after by fear to end with the US crushing their disgusting dictatorship.
In fact, you have a shitlamic front : even some IRGC troll posting here acknowledged that Iran, Turkey and Qatar were allies.

@Daeshbags-Sux, IS was created during the Syria oil war. By that time US were out of Iraq and Quds-Force no more into helping Sunni terrorists in Iraq and especially not in Syria.

So You claim that 9.11 was during the Syrian war? You are leaving the time frame with Your allegations against Iran.

Return to topic. Syrian war from the first protest to now.

@johnny was, the Sultanate of Turkey is in the NATO. Its soldiers are in the Turkish Armed Forces and they use weapons owned by the Sultanate of Turkey.

You have no idea about the secondary subjects like chemistry needed by Your doctoral studies and even less about international law.

p.s. The Federal Republic of Germany is one of the few countries that has almost all troops under NATO command. Owed to the distrust of some NATO partners that have started more wars than Germany. But even the weapons of the Federal Army of Germany’s NATO contingents are German owned.

@johnny was, what do the other NATO countries have to do with Turkey’s genocides and wars of aggression?

Even the NATO member US that were into the Syrian war too, do not want to have anything to do with it.

@johnny was, the Turkish economy is not dependent on the US economy. The EU will have to do the sanctions and bear the costs. Like with many an US sanction before.
