BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:30 P.M.) – All sea ports in the Syrian governorates of Tartous and Latakia suspended sea traffic on Wednesday, the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported. BEIRUT, LEBANON (8:30 P.M.) – On Wednesday, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad directed that 25 tons of oxygen be given to Lebanon in order to help its neighbor during these turbulent times.
