BEIRUT, LEBANON (8:10 A.M.) – The Popular Mobilization Units (Hashd Al-Sha’abi) announced on Thursday, the killing of what it called the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) emir of northern Baghdad. BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:50 A.M.) – A Sudanese newspaper quoted eyewitnesses as saying on Thursday that Ethiopian forces attacked the Sudanese army, prompting the latter to launch a retaliatory attack along the border.
