Over 2,000 militants redeploy to western Idlib after defeat in northern Hama

BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:45 P.M.) – Over 2,000 militants from Jaysh Al-Izza have allegedly redeployed to the western countryside of the Idlib Governorate after suffering a devastating defeat in northern Hama, the Arabic-language version of the Sputnik News Agency reported. According to the Sputnik report, the Jaysh Al-Izza fighters were moved from northern Hama, in particular, Kafr Zita and Al-Latamnah, to the Idlib Governorate city of Jisr Al-Shughour. Iraq’s Hashd announces formation of Air Force

The Iraqi Hashd, Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), said it is now forming its own ‘Air Force’ in order to respond to hostile air strikes. Northern Syria: Turkey, US begin joint patrol | Video

DAMASCUS, SYRIA (3:45 P.M.) – Troops from the Turkish and US military launched today its first joint patrol in northern Syria as per a previous agreement to implement a ‘safe zone’. Syrian air defenses foil militant drone attack in northern Syria

Syrian air defences have prevented a terrorist drone attack on a military post in the al-Ghab valley in the country’s northwest , Syria’s SANA news agency reports.
