Breaking: Jihadists refuse to withdraw from demilitarized zone

BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:45 P.M.) – The largest jihadist rebel group, Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham, has announced that they will not be withdrawing from the demilitarized zone, despite previous statements. Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham and their militant allies were given 24 hours to withdraw from the demilitarized zone by the Russian Ministry of Defense; however, their refusal will now prompt the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) to resume their operations. The Syrian Arab Army halted their operations on Thursday in favor of a conditional ceasefire, but since then, the hostilities have continued by both parties.

Russia deactivates S-400 system in Syrian city after S-300 installation: report

BEIRUT, LEBANON (8:45 P.M.) – A new satellite image of Syria’s S-300 system has revealed that Russia has deactivated their Russian S-400 systems in Syria were deactivated. https://twitter.com/AuroraIntel/status/1157233076071751680 As shown in the image above, the Russian S-400 missile system has been deactivated in the Syrian city of Masyaf. The reason for its deactiviation is likely due to the recent installation of Syria’s S-300 system near the Russian S-400 in Masyaf. Late last month, it was revealed that Syria had completed its installation of their S-300 system, following its delivery on October 1, 2018.

Massive explosion at Shayrat Airbase kills 28 soldiers
