BEIRUT, LEBANON (2:40 P.M.) – The tenth batch of militants and their families departed from the Al-Wa’er District of Homs City, Al-Masdar’s Ibrahim Jouden reported this morning.
The militants and their families were transported this morning via a bus provided by the Syrian government; they are en route to the rebel-held Idlib Governorate.
At least 189 people are left to transport from Al-Wa’er to Idlib, including 31 armed rebels, Joudeh added in his report.
These 189 people will be transported in two batches on Thursday and Saturday from Al-Wa’er to Idlib.
Over the weekend, 14 families that left Al-Wa’er for the border-city of Jarabulus in northern Aleppo have returned to the district after failing to settle in this rebel-held region.
