Four US Army soldiers were killed when their vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb in the western part of Afghanistan.
The extremist Taliban movement claimed responsibility for the attack which took place on November 26 in Bala Buluk district of Farak province. .
According to sources, a convoy for the US military was moving on when an IED exploded in one of the vehicles, immediately killing 3 soldiers and seriously wounding another.
The injured soldier died two days later of his wounds.
