BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:20 P.M.) – Syrian villagers in the Al-Qamishli countryside intercepted a U.S. military convoy that was attempting to pass through the area this week.
Residents of the village of Farsouk, in southeast Al-Qamishli, intercepted a military convoy, consisting of eight armored vehicles, and forced them to retreat.
The residents said that they prevented a convoy from passing through the village, and skirmishes occurred with the American soldiers, while some of them burned the American flag.
Local sources confirmed to RT Arabic that the soldiers threw a sound bomb at the people to disperse them.
