BEIRUT, LEBANON (1:30 A.M.) – A Syrian scientist was assassinated in the western countryside of the Hama Governorate this week, a military communique said on Saturday evening.

According to the communique, Dr. Aziz Isbir, the Director of the Syrian Scientific Studies and Research Center, was assassinated by an IED inside the city of Masyaf in western Hama.

According to a military source, Israel is believed to be behind this attack because they have targeted the doctor and this site before.

On July 22nd, the Syrian Scientific Studies and Research Center was bombed by the Israeli Air Force, but Dr. Isbir was not present at the site.

Fast forward to early August, the director of this scientific research center was assassinated by an IED that specifically targeted him in western Hama.

This research center was used for a variety of reasons, including the development of military equipment.

“Of course israel saved many wounded terrorist” => Israel is signatory to the Red Cross protocal, as is Syria. Syrian Red Crescent did exactly the same in Idlib… “and now they have hired gunmen to return favors” => And these went through SAA lines for it… Seems nobody is asking what projects this scientist was about… And if these, once achieved, wouldn’t prevent foreign arms sales to Syria from another country. Maybe was it even this scientist who warned Israelis about deliveries of missiles produced in Masyaf, then they attacked a convoy departing from here to deliver missiles to Hezbo… Read more »

The military source said the building was attacked and the scientist was specifically targeted with an IED. Hence the building and the Scientist were two different targets. As Israel bombed the site it follows that Israel also was responsible for the IED. Yes Israel has gone through lines before. Off the top of my head I do remember a listening device disguised as a small boulder/rock which was planted by Israel inside Syrian territory. Another incident, Israeli soldiers went into Syria to extract an elderly jewish women from her home then ditched her near the border when it was learned… Read more »

Ask your supervisor in IRGC’s hasbara dept. for dollars or euros since Iranian Ryal worth less than the paper it’s printed on now. Do it fast : Iranians are likely to hang your beloved ayatollah that stolle $95bln from ’em if they catch him 😉
Let’s hope this moron blockades Hormuz, so UNSC will summon NATO and Khamenei will end just like Saddam or Gaddafi. One less creep like this will make the world nicer.

This murder was claimed by the Abu Amara Special Task Brigade, a group that has carried out several attacks against the regime in Aleppo. The group says its operational area is not limited to Aleppo.
If s.o. can translate :

Aziz Azbar was involved into Syria’s ballistic+chemical program.
Abu Amara is a sub-group of Turkish puppet ‘Levant Front’…
Thus, not a Mossad operation but a Turkish MIT one instead…
Sultan ErdoGollum mus fear retaliation for Syria, using ballistic Missiles and VX or Sarin, would NATO drop Turkey…

According to your initial comment, you framed the scientist as a mole and said he informed Israel of weapons delivery. Now within the time frame of 24 hours you claim Turkey assassinated the scientist and accused a dead man of producing chemical weapons. Both are lies and need no further comments.
