Syrian Prime Minister visits captured east Aleppo neighborhoods: photos

BEIRUT, LEBANON (6:00 P.M.) – Syrian Prime Minister Imad Khamis arrived in east Aleppo today in order to congratulate the Syrian Arab Army on their victory against the jihadist rebels last month.

Khamis, who was appointed Prime Minister last year, is the first member of the Syrian cabinet to visit the captured neighborhoods of east Aleppo.

The Syrian Prime Minister reportedly met with soldiers and delivered a message to them on behalf of Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad.
