BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:00 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) uncovered a large weapons hub in southern countryside of Damascus on Saturday, the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported.

According to the SANA report, the Syrian Army uncovered this weapons cache while combing through the Babila farms in southern Damascus.

A field commander said that the Syrian military was aided by locals, who informed them of of a large quantity of ammunition, weapons and missiles that were hidden by militants at the farms between Babila and Beit Sahm.

Among the weapons seized were US-made TOW missiles, launchers, RPGs, various ammunition boxes that were stored in wooden and metal boxes, machine guns, homemade hand grenades, and an ICG grenade launcher.
