BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:40 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army uncovered a large quantity of weapons in the northeastern countryside of the Daraa Governorate on Friday.
According to a report from the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), the Syrian Army uncovered this large cache of weapons inside the recently captured town of Alma.
The weapons that were confiscated were several anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs), assault rifles, mortar shells, and RPGs.
The Syrian Army also confiscated a BMP-1 tank that was left behind by the rebel forces.
Furthermore, the Syrian Army discovered a field hospital inside of Alma, which contained both American and Israeli medicines.
