BEIRUT, LEBANON (3:10 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) seized several Israeli-made missiles, today, that were left behind by the rebel forces in western Daraa.

According to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), the military seized the Israeli-made missiles and several other weapons while they were combing through the large town of Nawa.

Nawa was captured by the Syrian Arab Army over the Summer; it was previously under the control of the Free Syrian Army’s (FSA) Southern Front Brigades from 2014-2018.

Since its capture, the Syrian Arab Army has been combing through the town in search of weapons and explosives left behind by the rebel forces.
