BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:45 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) launched a big offensive in the northern countryside of the Hama Governorate, Sunday, targeting the Al-Qaeda linked Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham terrorist group’s positions near the key town of Abu Dali.
Backed by the National Defense Forces (NDF) and special forces, the Syrian Arab Army attacked the small town of Al-Farkeh and its corresponding hilltop.
The Syrian Army and their allies would take control of Al-Farkeh and Tal SyriaTel after a fierce battle with the Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham terrorists near Abu Dali.
Following the seizure of Al-Farkeh and Tal SyriaTel, the Syrian Army and their allies announced the capture Rajm Al-Ahmar after killing more than ten HTS terrorists.
The Syrian Army is now attempting to besiege Abu Dali in order to force the remaining HTS terrorists to surrender the town.
