This move by the Syrian Army and SDF comes just a week after the Turkish Armed Forces launched a large-scale offensive along the Syrian border.
The missiles and military equipment are being deployed to the border to deter the Turkish Armed Forces and their allied militants from attempting to advance in northern Al-Raqqa.
