BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:05 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army resumed their large-scale offensive in the eastern districts of Damascus on Wednesday, targeting the last areas under jihadist control in Al-Qaboun and Jobar.

Syrian Army units from the 4th Mechanized Division (42nd Brigade) and Republican Guard (105th Brigade) stormed these important districts on Wednesday, inflicting heavy damage on Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham’s defenses before advancing in Al-Qaboun.

The Syrian Armed Forces managed to seize the strategic Al-Siyarat Tunnel that stretches from Al-Qaboun to ‘Irbeen in the East Ghouta.

Following the capture of this site, the Syrian Arab Army captured an entire network of tunnels and trenches in Al-Qaboun that were big enough to fit vehicles in them.

Overwhelmed by the Syrian Army’s assault on Wednesday, the jihadist rebels were forced to retreat from these important area in order to avoid being overrun in Al-Qaboun.

The US backed vermin should flee to Turkey whilst they can.

Turkey needs killers to persecute their Kurds.
