BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:20 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) discovered the bodies of seven civilians brutally raped and murdered by opposition fighters before they left the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo in December.
According to local activists, the Syrian Arab Army discovered the bodies of four young women and three children in a residential quarter of Aleppo.
The women were aged between 24 and 35, and the children were aged between 3 and 7.
All seven bodies were taken to a military hospital, where forensic experts determined many of the victims were raped before they were killed.
“All the victims were painfully tortured before death, even small children of three and seven, were overall abused. It is impossible to describe what these thugs are doing. And while they are supported by the West, they call them the opposition. It’s sadistic, not opposition,” one of the hospital’s employees told a FAN correspondent, who asked not to mention his name.
The opposition fighters kidnapped several civilians in December before leaving Aleppo City; however, many managed to escape before the opposition fighters could harm them.
