Syrian Army units in Western Ghouta region continue to advance in Der Khabeyah town following fierce battles with jihadists from Jabhet Fateh al-Sham.

The government troops managed today to recapture the Milano Steel factory located near Al-Mokaylebah town, along with all nearby farms and blocks.

AMN reporter said that Army units were capable of securing the whole area after defusing all IEDs planted by the jihadi group.

Days ago, the Syrian Army foiled a massive jihadi attack in the area, killing at least 30 militants and destroying up to 8 vehicles including one BMP.
