DAMASCUS, SYRIA (3: 25 P.M.) – Huge explosions were heard all over the Syrian capital early this morning as the Syrian Air Force delivered heavy airstrikes against the Islamist rebels’ positions in Jobar neighborhood.

The aerial bombardment propelled the SAA’s elite Republican Guards units into liberating two building blocks in al-Manashir axis, to keep on pushing northward in bid to link up with the government forces in Taibah area.

According to a military source, the airstrikes, coupled with intense rocket and MLRs shelling, killed and wounded scores of militants fighting for Failaq al-Rahman rebel group.

The point is, these terr.s merc.s are most of the time in underground massive shelters, so aerial bombard.mnts do they no harm at all….and the 4º SAA Division didn’t progress….in the meantime the bastards profit the dead moments between fights to shell the civilians outskirts of the City….Disgusting !
