BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:45 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) continued their advance around the Abu Dhuhour Military Airport, Wednesday, seizing four more towns from the jihadist rebel forces.

Led by their elite Tiger Forces and 5th Legion, the Syrian Arab Army pushed north of the Abu Dhuhour Airport towards a number of towns controlled by Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham this morning.

Not long after launching this attack, the Syrian Arab Army was able to take control of Qal’at Mirza, Jabal Taweel, Al-Khifah, and Masadah, while also forcing the jihadist rebels to flee the swamp area.

As a result of today’s assault, the Syrian Army has now captured over ten towns from the jihadist rebels.

The Syrian Army is now pushing along several axes to expand their buffer-zone around the Abu Dhuhour Military Airport.
