BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:10 A.M.) – A source from the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) told Al-Masdar News this morning that all reports claiming the Islamic State (ISIS) has reached the outskirts of Albukamal city are untrue.

According to the source, the Islamic State did in fact advance, initially, during their big assault near Albukamal this past weekend.

However, the source added that the Syrian Army managed to retake the initiative near Albukamal, resulting in the recapture of Hasarat, Jalaa, and Saiyal.

The Syrian Army is now on high alert, as they fear the Islamic State is preparing to launch another big assault to reach the border-city of Albukamal.

Albukamal was once an Islamic State stronghold that linked their forces in both Iraq and Syria; it was liberated by the Syrian Army late last year.

The truth is that the Syrian government airforce and anti aircraft defence systems have been all but destroyed by repeated Zio/Nazi and US and co airstrikes with Russia watching and doing nothing. Russia is blackmailing Syria by trying to force her to ditch Iran from the country according to the Zionist plan. Russia has bowed down to threats by the Zionist tyranny that its forces at Hmeimen and Tartous would be destroyed if it dares supply Syria with anti-Aircraft systems to defend itself. So Russia has witheld supplies of anti-Aircraft systems especially the S300 and of Mig 29’s to replenish… Read more »

Russia is continuing the defense against its Southern borders (Russian Chechnya wars and terrorist attacks against its population inside of Russia. Your logic is no logic at all, the same forces US and the Zionist tyranny has been exposed in their supporting the assault not only against Russia but around the world. The Empire is a transnational criminal cabal that has captured the US as well as all US vassals.
