BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:35 P.M.) – The jihadist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham have been attempting to build-up their forces inside the provincial capital of the Dara’a Governorate lately, proking a powerful response from the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) personnel inside the city.

On Thursday morning, the Syrian Arab Army finally delivered a message to the jihadist rebels in Dara’a City, striking the latter’s defenses inside the contested Dara’a Al-Balad District.

According to a military source inside Dara’a, the Syrian Arab Army destroyed two jihadist bases in the Tariq Al-Saad and Dara’a Al-Balad districts, inflicting heavy casualties onto the Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham fighters present in these installations.

Since the Syrian Arab Army’s advance inside the Al-Manishiyah District of Dara’a City, the battle for the provincial capital has remained relatively quiet, as all parties attempt to increase the number of personnel they have in the area.
